Submitting your Test Credit

If you have taken Advanced Placement (AP) examinations, College Level Examination Program (CLEP) exams, or International Baccalaureate (IB) exams, be sure and send the official scores to UW-Eau Claire as soon as possible.

Send in your Final Transcripts

After high school graduation, send an official high school transcript to UW-Eau Claire.

This can be done by reaching out to your High School Guidance Counselor and asking that those scores be sent directly to UW-Eau Claire through a secured electronic service.

All official transcripts must be sent by your high school/college/university directly to UW-Eau Claire through a secured electronic delivery service (Credentials, eScrip, Student Clearinghouse, Parchment, etc.) or US Postal Mail to the below address. Emails and faxes are not accepted as official documents.

If you took college coursework in high school, be sure and also contact that college/university you are earning credits through.

Have that college/university send an official transcript to UW-Eau Claire through the means that were discussed in the previous two columns.
