Leadership Team

Lily first got involved in the Eye to Eye Mentoring Program in 2022 during her first semester of college. Diagnosed with ADHD when she was in fifth grade, she had never had a community of ND people like her, which drew her to the Art Room. After her first year as a Mentor, she became a Chapter Leader, as well as a Neurodiversity Ambassador. As an Ambassador, Lily spoke to audiences of students, educators, administrators, and parents about her educational experience with ADHD. Now in her second year as Chapter Leader, Lily leads the Art Room with self-advocacy at the front of her mind, something her parents instilled in her at a young age. Art Room days are her favorite days of the week, and she is grateful to be launching the first UWEC ND Alliance Club on campus.
