Mission
CASA (Center for Awareness of Sexual Assault) was established in 2003 as a partnership between UWEC and Family Support Center. CASA is an outreach office of Family Support Center designed to provide victim-centered sexual assault support services to the UWEC community. We provide a safe place for people to come and talk about any issues that they may have regarding a sexual assault, abusive relationship, or those of someone close to them. Even if you are not sure about an experience and are now feeling uncomfortable with what happened, you are welcome to come to CASA to talk.

The National Student Exchange allows students to pay UW-Eau Claire tuition while attending college at another participating campus somewhere in the United States, Canada, Guam, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Mission
Peer Diversity Educators (PDE) is a peer-to-peer equity, diversity, and inclusion training, education, and personal development program. Our educators promote understanding and respect for people of all abilities, creeds, races, social classes, and gender identities, as well as expressions and affectional orientations. Through educational programs, our goal is to open peoples minds in the hope of eliminating prejudice and discrimination.

Students will be able to engage in workshops and programming about equity, diversity, and inclusion. These workshops will all help students to gain Tier 2 credits for the EDI Student Leadership Certificate.

Mission
The Artists Series presents excellence in the performing arts, which uplifts the spirit and enlivens the mind. The series presents quality regional, national and international artists, encompassing ballet, modern dance, theatre, world music, jazz, orchestral and chamber music, and intimate recitals. Through the performing arts, the Artists Series seeks to develop aesthetic awareness, promote interdisciplinary appreciation, and cultivate multicultural experience.

The Artists Series was created in 1965, when the university's series of convocation programs merged with the Eau Claire Civic Music Association, a community project that began a subscription concert series in 1940. The program is made possible by student fees allocated by the UW-Eau Claire Student Senate. Each year's series is selected by an administrative committee composed of students, faculty-staff and community members.

Mission
The Forum maintains a tradition of being one of the longest continuous programs of its kind in the United States. Since 1942, The Forum has presented many of the world's greatest minds and imaginations. Believed to be the oldest such continuous programs in the U.S., The Forum informs, enlightens, and inspires through the spoken word.

President W.R. Davies was the prime mover in establishing The Forum within the first year of his administration, to express his vision of what the college might become as a cultural center. He transformed Eau Claire's after-dinner speakers club into a college-community partnership that selected an average of five speakers a year. Each Forum speaker would lecture for an hour, answer questions for half an hour, and then attend an informal reception. This has been the format of The Forum from its inception.

Providing professional protection and care for existing trees and shrubs. Planting and removing trees and shrubs as required to maintain a safe and diverse urban forest that promotes learning and contributes to campus sustainability.

Using the latest technology to document and monitor species, size, location, and maintenance activities, and continue to keep the tree inventory current.

Implementing landscape management with a functional approach to screening, environmental balance, and aesthetic design. Applying the knowledge of Grounds Services horticultural professionals to make management decisions in regard to tree maintenance and removal.

Maintaining an advisory committee of university and community members to develop and review campus policies and procedures.

Creating programs that provide education about the maintenance and growth of woody plant species and their proper use in the landscape.

Developing a diverse range of native and non-native woody plants that can be enjoyed for their natural beauty, used for learning and recreation, and to strengthen energy and storm water conservation efforts. Creating plant collections throughout campus to enhance study among related species and native/non-native trees.
