Join us for a weekly lineup of UWEC Econ Alumni Speakers. Our events are open to all majors for anyone who has an interest in economics. This week we invite you to join us to meet with Dan Claas, coming all the way from South Carolina. He backslash ’s a 1987 Graduate who majored in Finance and Economics. He was active in the FMS ( Financial Management Society ) and ODE ( Omicron Delta Epsilon ) as well as varsity track and cross country. Since graduating from UWEC he has worked in the health insurance industry as an underwriter and is currently a Vice President of Underwriting at Blue Cross Blue Shield of South Carolina. He will be speaking about his role in his most impactful project yet, the Affordable Care Act and how it and his time at UWEC has shaped his career. Flyer for Oh, the places you could go...
