The ASLHS merch website will be open today, September 18th, through October 23rd at 11:59 PM. This is a great way to show support for the club and a portion of the cost will be a fundraiser for a Deaf organization of our choosing. Happy shopping!
Our mission is to encourage and recognize high academic achievement in American Sign Language for college/university students. Deaf and hearing student participants will serve as steadfast advocates of the Deaf community, encourage Deaf and hearing people to come together in unity throughout the world, and demonstrate commitment in scholarship, community service, and personal excellence.
Members are able to include their membership as an accomplishment when completing a resume. Additionally, members will build community resources, knowledge in Deaf culture, and experience volunteer opportunities. Members who complete certain requirements, have the opportunity to graduate with honors from the University of Wisconsin- Eau Claire.
