The UWEC Model United Nations team is a community of globally-minded students who come together to simulate real-world diplomacy. We pride ourselves on being a welcoming, academic, and enthusiastic group that values both collaboration and competition.
Our team has a long history of attending prestigious conferences and mentoring future leaders. Whether we’re at a national summit or hosting a local high school event, our goal is always the same: to think critically, speak confidently, and act diplomatically.
Members represent countries, debate global issues, and write resolutions on topics ranging from international security to human rights. We come from many different majors and backgrounds, united by a shared interest in international affairs.
