Introduce yourself to art therapy and the benefits of mindfulness!

Participants will be led through an experiential body scan that combines mindfulness practices and attuning to one’s body, followed with body mapping where drawing will be used as a method of reflective processing. This event will be led by Nancy Xiong, an Art Therapist.
