Mission
To play an active role in providing social and mutual support for all members of the association;
To promote and enhance leadership skills of Hmong students in higher education;
To assist UW-Eau Claire in increasing its numbers in enrollment and graduation of Hmong students;
To advocate for the inclusion of a Hmong-related curriculum at UW-Eau Claire;
To promote awareness of the Hmong culture within HSA, the campus and throughout the community;
To network with other students and similar associations at other colleges and universities.

Membership Benefits
The right to attend all social functions and general and emergency meetings of the association;
The privilege of voting in all elections held by the membership of the HSA;
The expectation of taking active part in all functions of the HSA; and
Payment of a membership fee.
