Mission
The mission of the Association of Student Humanists (ASH) is to adopt and promote humanism and its aspirations; to foster a community-focused, inclusive, and naturalistic worldview; and to advocate for these values on campus and throughout our communities. ASH welcomes all viewpoints on matters of spirituality and religion, and it prioritizes connection and belonging among a diverse population of truth-seekers. ASH and its members fiercely defend the right of humans to grow and expand their worldviews while being willing to entertain the ideas of others. Although ASH is mostly composed of passionate defenders of humanist values, it and its members strive to do so in positive, thought-provoking, and respectful ways.

Membership Benefits
Members of the Association of Student Humanists (ASH) will find a community of like-minded individuals who believe in humanism and share secular values while respecting others' spiritual beliefs. Through a welcoming network of campus, community, and national organizations, members will broaden their exposure to those working on building a humanist worldview.
