Are you a student organization advisor hoping to connect with colleagues, exchange ideas, and strengthen your advising toolkit? Join us for the Student Organization Advisor Roundtables — a quarterly gathering created just for you.

Each roundtable provides an opportunity to:

  • Build connections with advisors across campus

  • Share successful strategies and common challenges

  • Explore timely topics impacting student organizations

When & Where
All sessions are held from 12:00–1:00 PM in the Council Oak Room (Davies 260).
Feel free to bring your lunch — refreshments and cookies/bars will be provided.

Fall 2025 – Spring 2026 Dates

  • Wednesday, Sept. 17

  • Wednesday, Nov. 19

  • Wednesday, Feb. 11

  • Wednesday, April 15

These sessions are designed for open conversation, practical insights, and building a stronger advising community. We hope you’ll join us!

Please note: To run a successfull roundtable, we need at least six (6) advisors registered. If fewer than six are signed up 24 hours before the session, the event will be cancelled.
